No reservation is needed for open gym play! Just purchase a day pass online or at the door and walk in during open hours. Reservations are required for MSE Snoezelen rooms, birthday parties, field trips, and private rentals.
Socks are required for everyone entering the gym — grip socks are preferred but any socks work. Wear comfortable, flexible clothing. Bring water bottles, snacks (welcome in our designated area), and any sensory items your child relies on such as noise-cancelling headphones or comfort objects. We also recommend dressing in layers as the gym temperature can vary.
Day pass visits have no time limit — you can stay for the entire open gym session. Most families spend 1–3 hours. The gym closes at posted hours and we give a 15-minute warning before close.
We welcome everyone ages 1 and up! Children under 1 are free. Teens, adults, and seniors are all welcome — many visitors are adults who benefit from sensory play for their own regulation needs. There are no upper age limits. Our MSE Snoezelen rooms are especially popular with adults and older individuals.
No. All guests must be supervised by an adult 18+ or caregiver/guardian to support all needs. This is not a drop-off facility — parents and caregivers are expected to actively supervise their children at all times. Staff are present to assist but are not responsible for supervising individual children.

A Snoezelen (Multi-Sensory Environment) room is a specially designed space that uses controlled lighting, sound, scent, and tactile elements to create a calming or stimulating sensory experience. Bee Me has multiple MSE rooms, including a Calm Room for regulation and an Active Room for sensory stimulation. These rooms are used therapeutically worldwide for individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, dementia, and more.
The MSE rooms are beneficial for individuals of all ages who experience sensory processing challenges, anxiety, over-stimulation, or who need a structured sensory experience. They are commonly used by children and adults with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, PTSD, and anxiety disorders. Therapists and caregivers frequently use them as part of structured sensory diets.
Yes — the Snoezelen MSE rooms are by reservation only and are separate from open gym admission. Sessions are available in 30- and 60-minute blocks. You can book a session through our online store or by calling us. We recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends, as the rooms are popular.
Yes, MSE room sessions are priced separately from open gym day passes. Session pricing depends on the room type and duration. Please visit our store or contact us for current MSE room pricing and availability.
Snoezelen® is a contraction of the Dutch verbs snuffelen (to seek and explore) and doezelen (to relax). The name captures the dual purpose of these rooms — to gently stimulate and engage the senses while simultaneously providing a deeply calming experience.
