Make a Real Impact

Volunteering at Bee Me means being part of something bigger — a community where every person belongs and every contribution matters.

Community Service Hours

Perfect for high school and college students, NHS members, court-ordered hours, or anyone needing verified community service documentation.

Flexible Scheduling

We work around your availability — weekdays, weekends, or special events. Minimum commitment of 2 hours per shift with no long-term obligation required.

Meaningful Experience

Directly support children and adults with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and physical disabilities. You'll leave every shift knowing you made a difference.

Learn & Grow

Gain hands-on experience in an OT-informed sensory environment. Ideal for students pursuing occupational therapy, special education, social work, or child development.

What You'll Do

We have a variety of roles to match your interests, comfort level, and availability.

Gym Floor Support

Assist guests navigating equipment, support sensory play activities, help maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and offer a friendly presence on the floor.

Events & Parties

Help set up and run birthday parties, community events, and field trips. Assist with guest check-in, activity facilitation, and cleanup after events.

Front Desk & Admin

Greet guests at check-in, answer basic questions, assist with waiver processing, and support administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds. No special certifications required — just a warm heart and a willingness to show up.

  • Age 16 or older

Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. Teens 16–17 require a signed parental consent form.

  • Comfortable with neurodivergent individuals

Patience, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude are essential. Prior experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

  • Reliable & punctual

Show up for your scheduled shifts on time. We count on our volunteers to keep the gym running smoothly for our guests.

  • Physically active & energetic

Gym floor roles require standing, moving, and actively engaging with guests in a lively sensory environment.
