Your Visit
What to Expect
We make it easy for group leaders — just bring your group and we handle the rest.
During Your Visit
Your group will have access to the full open gym floor for the duration of your session. Staff will be present throughout to guide, support, and ensure everyone stays safe.
- Full access to all open gym equipment and sensory areas
- Bee Me staff on the floor for the entire session
- Structured free-play with optional guided activities
- Quiet zones available for children who need a break
- Socks required for all children — no shoes on the gym floor
Before You Arrive
A little prep goes a long way in making sure your field trip runs smoothly from the moment your group walks through the door.
- Reserve online or contact us for additional time options or needs
- Remind participants to bring non-skid socks
- Caregivers and chaperones attend free — no additional cost
- Arrive 10 minutes early for a quick orientation
Reduced Pricing
For Groups of 5 or More
$10 per person, book online with $50 deposit and pay the rest after arrival or call to book without a deposit.

$50
first 5 guests · $10 each additional guest
Open to businesses, non-profits, and organizations only — no personal friend gatherings. A 2-hour reservation is required and must be scheduled in advance.

- $10 per each additional guest — add-ons available during check-out
